Phyllis speaks at Mt. Pleasant (MI) First United Methodist Church on Sunday, March 27, 2011 (around 20 minutes). She's rather emotional at the beginning of this radio broadcast, having been deeply moved by a choral performance that immediately preceded her remarks.
